Join a growing manufacturing team in Merrill, WI as a Maintenance Technician. This position is responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who can help minimize downtime and support daily production.
Pay: $30–$35/hour, based on experience
Shift: 2nd Shift, Sunday–Thursday
Days Off: Friday & Saturday
Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
Perform preventive and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, motor, and equipment failures
Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime
Perform equipment inspections and identify potential problems before failures occur
Complete work orders and document repairs and maintenance performed
Assist with equipment installation, setup, and modifications
Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and schematics
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow company safety procedures and work closely with production teams

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics
PLC troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
Ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics and technical manuals
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be available to work 2nd shift Sunday–Thursday
