Industrial Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift and 3rd Shift

About the Role

Our reputable client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support either 1st shift or 3rd shift operations. This position is responsible for equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth and safe production.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs

• Conduct preventive maintenance on production and packaging equipment

• Minimize downtime by quickly diagnosing and resolving issues

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and safety standards

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred)

• Technical degree, certification, or equivalent hands-on experience

• Knowledge of PLCs, motors, pumps, conveyors, and production equipment

• Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Availability to work 3rd shift with flexibility for overtime/weekends
