Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

 • Minimum two years of experience performing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance and repairs

 • Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematic diagrams

 • Strong troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance skills

 • Ability to maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation

 • Ability to safely work on industrial equipment while following all safety procedures

 • Strong communication skills with the ability to train production employees on equipment operation and modifications

 Preferred Requirments: 

• Two or more years of experience in an industrial manufacturing facility

 • Associate degree or two-year technical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field

 • Knowledge of AC/DC motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), power transformers, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical safety practices

 • Experience operating forklifts, mobile cranes, or other industrial mobile equipment

Job Duties
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and production efficiency

 • Troubleshoot, repair, and modify hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment

 • Support machine repairs, maintenance activities, and equipment installations throughout the facility

 • Assist the safety team with designing, developing, and installing machine guards and other safety devices

 • Advise production leadership on equipment purchases, upgrades, and installation projects

 • Generate parts lists and labor estimates for maintenance and repair work

 • Train production teammates on new equipment and equipment modifications

 • Maintain maintenance records and ensure all work complies with company safety standards
