Industrial Maintenance Technician

TradeWorX is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire opportunity with a leading manufacturing facility in New Kensington, PA. This position is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional with experience maintaining automated production equipment and troubleshooting industrial machinery. You'll play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently through preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.

Pay & Schedule

• $25.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience
• Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime available and may include weekends

Job Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, automated production machinery, and related equipment
• Repair production equipment and facility components as needed
• Conduct equipment inspections and quality checks
• Perform general facility maintenance
• Maintain maintenance inventory and equipment records
• Help minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Background check required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment
• Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
• Experience with adhesive or glue application equipment
