Pay & Schedule
- $25.00–$30.00/hour, based on experience
- Monday–Thursday | 5:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Overtime available and may include weekends
Job Duties
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial production and facility equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Maintain conveyors, motors, gearboxes, automated production machinery, and related equipment
- Repair production equipment and facility components as needed
- Conduct equipment inspections and quality checks
- Perform general facility maintenance
- Maintain maintenance inventory and equipment records
- Help minimize downtime by responding quickly to equipment issues
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–5 years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Background check required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience maintaining automated manufacturing equipment
- Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systems
- Experience with adhesive or glue application equipment
