Maintenance Technician –Night Shift
Mt. Pleasant, PA | Full-Time | 2-2-3 Schedule
TradeWorX is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a full-time opportunity with a stable manufacturing employer in Mt. Pleasant, PA. This is a long-term role with steady work, strong benefits, overtime opportunities, and a monthly attendance bonus.

  • $24.50/hour
  • Night Shift: 5: 30 PM –6: 15 AM
  • 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform minor maintenance and repair of production equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
  • Client out, install, adjust, and maintain electrical systems including:
    • Wiring
    • Motors
    • Switches & switchboards
    • PLCs and related electrical mechanisms
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical malfunctions and make necessary repairs
  • Tear down, repair, and reassemble machinery as needed
  • Inspect machinery at regular intervals to identify potential issues
  • Assist with installation of new equipment
  • Work with outside contractors performing maintenance or repairs
  • Perform maintenance tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor
  • Complete other assigned duties as needed
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience
  • Electrical troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
  • Reliable transportation to and from the worksite
