Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to address equipment malfunctions and improve processes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
