What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Maintain and repair industrial equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement effective solutions
• Support automated systems, including troubleshooting PLC-related issues
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Respond to urgent repair needs and restore production quickly
• Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (including PLC exposure)
• Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
• Dependable, team-focused approach to daily work

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• $40 – $45/hour based on experience (increased from original range)
• Overtime available, with double time on Sundays
