Job Details

Hiring for 2 shifts:
6:00am - 6:00pm
6:00pm - 6:00am

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V)
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley)
  • Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyors, augers, mixers, pumps, and drive systems
  • Perform maintenance on fillers, cappers, cookers, coolers, and processing equipment
  • Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including torch cutting and plasma cutting
  • Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, boilers, and water softeners
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and plant safety procedures
  • Perform lubrication, inspections, and general maintenance tasks
  • Support plant operations by minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability
  • Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed

Qualifications – Needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Experience in food manufacturing or processing environment (required)
  • Strong background in electrical systems (AC/DC, 480V required)
  • Proven experience with PLC troubleshooting (Allen Bradley required)
  • Welding certification or strong welding experience (required)
  • Experience with mechanical systems, fabrication, and pipefitting
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations
  • Ability to work all shifts and in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
  • Bilingual (preferred but not required)
  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain
