Industrial Maintenance Technician
Location: Saginaw, Michigan 48603 | Shift: 2nd (3pm-11pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute preventative maintenance programs and emergency repair protocols
- Troubleshoot and maintain welding, fabrication, mechanical, electrical, control, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Demonstrate electrical and mechanical expertise to support maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Monitor and maintain Allen Bradley and Rockwell controls systems
- Implement quality control techniques and statistical problem-solving methodologies
- Coordinate maintenance priorities and schedules with Plant Management
- Determine, requisition, and manage maintenance supplies and materials inventory
- Implement and monitor Plex inventory and preventative maintenance systems
- Document all maintenance activities and shift reports accurately
- Maintain corporate integrity and safety standards within your area of expertise
- Provide on-call support and production coverage as required
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain quality performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or similar technical role
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with PLC controls and industrial automation systems
- Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and on-call as needed
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality standards
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Allen Bradley or Rockwell control systems
- Welding or fabrication experience
- Familiarity with Plex ERP systems
- Hydraulic and pneumatic system expertise
- Certification in industrial maintenance or related field
