Helion is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to support production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and minimizing downtime to keep production running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings to diagnose equipment problems.
Use HMIs to identify equipment faults and locate the affected sensor, motor, or other component.
Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, sensors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatic equipment, and related production machinery.
Replace and repair sensors, motors, gearboxes, and other electrical and mechanical components.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience is required.
Experience regularly reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Experience troubleshooting conveyors, sensors, motors, hydraulics, and pneumatic equipment.
Ability to use an HMI to identify equipment faults and troubleshoot the physical component causing the issue.
