Industrial Maintenance Technician

About the Role

This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting daily production and keeping equipment up and running. You’ll be troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, responding to production needs, handling PMs, and working with operators to diagnose problems and get equipment back online. This is a good fit for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting independently and working through a variety of maintenance issues throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment
• Respond to equipment issues and production calls
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance
• Diagnose issues with motors, drives, sensors, controls, pneumatics, and other production systems
• Read electrical schematics and machine diagrams
• Work directly with operators and production to troubleshoot issues
• Prioritize multiple maintenance needs and work through more complex problems

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Comfortable troubleshooting 24V–480V electrical systems
• Able to read electrical schematics and machine diagrams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Good communication and ability to work with production
