Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician Trainee to join our manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least two years of maintenance experience or a technical certification, degree, or license who wants to build a long-term career.

This role offers hands-on training alongside experienced maintenance professionals with the goal of developing into a skilled maintenance technician. We are looking for someone interested in growing with the company for years to come.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Learn equipment repair and maintenance procedures
• Perform equipment inspections and document repairs
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
• Maintain clean and organized work areas

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience or technical certification, degree, or maintenance license
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Interested in building a long-term career
