Job Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician installs, tests, troubleshoots, and repairs a wide range of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical equipment used in an industrial environment. This role supports production reliability by performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing complex equipment issues, and implementing effective repairs and improvements. The technician also programs and maintains automation systems, including PLCs, CNC machines, and robotics, while documenting all work in accordance with established standards.

Work Environment
This position is based in an industrial facility that operates on structured shifts to support continuous production. Available schedules include four 10-hour weekday shifts (Monday through Thursday) with options such as 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 11:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., as well as extended weekend shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. You will work around production machinery, automation systems, and maintenance tools, performing tasks that involve electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical components, PLCs, CNC equipment, and robotics. The environment requires adherence to safety procedures, use of appropriate personal protective equipment, and comfort working in a hands-on, equipment-intensive setting.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $69000.00 - $91500.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
