Job duties:
Maintain a detailed log of work and follow up on work orders
Ensure the operation of machinery and mechanical systems by completing maintenance
Problem solving by observing the mechanical device and fix in a timely manner
Read diagrams, sketches, operation/manufacturers manuals, and troubleshoot
Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies in inventory
Preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor belts, blenders, and dryers
Requirements:
Be able to lift up to 60lbs
2 years of knowledge of power and hand tools preferred
2 years of mechanical or maintenance knowledge
Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and pneumatics
Be able to work around allergens: wheat, egg, milk, and mustard
