Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the installation of new equipment and machinery as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts as needed.
