Title: Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering
Location: Edgewater, FL

Job Summary

Lead productivity, labor optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment to improve efficiency, throughput, and cost performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies, line balancing, and labor planning activities.
• Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction, and Lean Manufacturing projects.
• Optimize manufacturing layouts, material flow, warehouse processes, and workstation design.
• Support NPI activities, capacity planning, and cross-functional process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5 8 years of Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in time studies, standard work, labor optimization, and capacity analysis.
• Experience leading Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Experience

• High-mix, low-volume manufacturing.
• Warehouse optimization, kitting, slotting, and material flow projects.
• NPI, production launch, and takt time improvement experience.
• Automotive, aerospace, marine, fiberglass, or heavy equipment manufacturing.
