Industrial Mechanic - 2nd or 3rd Shift

Starting Rate Trainee - $28.05 - Skilled - $31.05

Experience a rewarding career maintaining and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment with the latest technology including conveyors, robotics, and packaging.

Responsibilities:

•  Perform regular preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
• Perform mechanical and electrical trouble shooting and repair
• Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair
• Installation of new equipment
• Welding and metal fabrication
• Maintain a safe work environment

 Requirements:

• Mechanical experience with a continued desire to learn
• Willingness to move up within Midwest Manufacturing
• Ability to work additional hours as required
• The ability to analyze situations and equipment
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask
• Experience or schooling in the following areas are preferred but not limited to:

o   Industrial Maintenance

o   Preventative Maintenance

o   Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repair

o   Hydraulic and pneumatic repair

o   3 phase AC and DC electrical testing

• Must be able to lift 50lbs frequently and 70lbs occasionally
