Industrial Mechanic

Our projects include industrial water recycling and cleaning up legacy cold war wastewater at government sites. Who You Are:

The Industrial Mechanic must have the ability to read blueprints and be able to follow design specifications. A working knowledge of electrical wiring and instrumentation and controls is a plus

• Understanding of valves, flanges, and gaskets
• Mechanically able to glue PVC piping together using a PVC piping drawing
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or auto mechanic experience is helpful
• Forklift and scissor lift use
• Ability to use an overhead crane
• Ability to follow blueprint drawings and bend stainless steel tubing is a plus
• The industrial mechanic must be able to work in confined spaces
• Hydrostatic testing experience
• Pneumatic tubing experience
• Occasional travel required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to be flexible and responsive to changing business needs
• Candidate must be able to pass drug test, background check, and physical
• Must be able to work with safe working practices
