Essential Functions:
- Mill, brooch, bore, drill, tap, disassemble, wash, assemble, weld, thread, measure elements of each job.
- Build or rebuild gearboxes.
- Read prints, plans, sketches, parts lists, work orders.
- Inspect work in process and completed parts or units for defects or errors.
- Perform maintenance on machinery, and keep shop area clean, safe and free of debris.
- Put all tools away when finished; report any broken tools to Shop Superintendent.
- Maintain supplies, shafting stock and other material in an orderly manner
Physical Requirements Able to lift 50 pounds
