We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver who isn’t afraid to get a little dirty! If you love troubleshooting, welding sparks, and keeping machines in top shape, this role is for you.About Us:Coatings Management Corporation (CMC) provides sales and administrative support to industry-leading metal finishing companies in Michigan and North Carolina. CMC and its affiliated companies utilize cutting edge technology to provide exceptional levels of product quality and customer service. We provide solutions for the most complex plating and dual coating requirements. CMC services the automotive, heavy truck, off-road, agriculture and energy sectors. About the Role:
Keep our equipment running smoothly with preventative maintenance
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Weld, fabricate, and build parts when needed
Troubleshoot issues and jump into action on the plant floor
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Document your work like the pro you are
About You:
Maintenance experience required
Welding and mechanical repair skills a plus
Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic, independence, and teamwork
Solid communication skills
High school diploma (or equivalent)
