Description for Industrial Mechanic:

  • Identify, isolate, and troubleshoot performance issues inside complicated electrical grids and automated systems.
  • Scan and audit technical blueprints and schematics before installation to guarantee flawless field execution.
  • Apply excellent manual dexterity to safely route wires, splice connections, and configure small electrical components.
  • Communicate technical parameters and safety processes fluently across the floor in both English and Spanish.
  • Perform routine machine overhauls and preventative checks cleanly to protect facility manufacturing speeds.
  • Adhere strictly to all high-voltage plant safety protocols including Lock-Out/Tag-Out regulations.

Details for Industrial Mechanic:

  • Pay Range: $30.00 – $32.30 / hour (DOE).
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
  • Location: Cowlitz County layout.
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire.

Requirements for Industrial Mechanic:

  • Must be fully bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write effectively in both English and Spanish.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of verifiable experience working as a production mechanic or industrial technician.
  • Demonstrated mastery interpreting blueprints, electrical grids, technical schematics, and flow charts.
  • High manual dexterity and precision hand-eye coordination required to handle small wire components.
  • Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and a safety-first work ethic.
