Responsibilities
- Install and assemble piping systems according to specifications and blueprints.
- Inspect and test piping systems for leaks and other issues.
- Repair and maintain existing piping systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and project managers to ensure project timelines are met.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
