About the Opportunity
We are an established provider of industrial metal fabrication and UL-listed control panel solutions in Wellford, SC. You’ll sell capabilities you can stand behind—supported by seasoned Estimating and Operations teams that help you win the work and deliver it. Your success is measured by the business you bring in and the relationships you cultivate with industrial customers across the country.
What You’ll Tackle
- Develop, prioritize, and nurture a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Translate prints, drawings, and specifications into clear scopes and winnable proposals in collaboration with Estimating.
- Expand and retain key accounts; serve as the trusted partner for fabrication and control panel needs.
- Represent the company at trade shows and on customer sites, turning conversations into committed work.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and provide straightforward, reliable forecasts.
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development in metal fabrication, control panels, or related industrial manufacturing (you already speak the shop-floor language).
- Working knowledge of fabrication and control panel build processes, plus familiarity with ASME codes and UL 508A.
- Proven track record sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business and meeting targets.
- Clear communication and strong presentation abilities, organized and self-driven.
- Comfort with CRM systems and Microsoft Office, and willingness to travel to customers throughout the Southeast.
Bonus Points
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing.
- Existing relationships or book of business in industrial, OEM, or process markets.
- New-business-development experience in a job-shop or custom-fabrication setting.
Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Full-time, on-site in Wellford, SC. Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., with travel as needed.
