Industrial Mill Cleaning Laborer. We are looking for reliable, hardworking candidates who take pride in keeping manufacturing facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained.
We provide cleaning services for manufacturing facilities, including floors, walls, equipment, and ceilings. This role supports ongoing maintenance cleaning to help detect issues early. You will handle demanding industrial cleaning tasks such as vacuuming and pressure washing dirt, sludge, scale, waste materials, oil, and coolant from around, on, or under machinery. Material will be collected for
on-site disposal or
hauled away for professional disposal at an approved facility. You may also assist with cleaning for furnaces, bag houses, and heat exchangers.

Hours- 1st Shift:06:30am 02:30pm
PayKey Responsibilities- Clean floors, walls, equipment, and ceilings in industrial settings
- Vacuum and pressure wash dirt, sludge, scale, waste materials, oil, and coolant around machinery
- Collect materials for on-site disposal or haul for professional disposal
- Assist with maintenance cleaning for furnaces, bag houses, and heat exchangers
- Follow safe cleaning practices while working with industrial equipment and materials
Minimum Requirements- Ability to work on-site at a manufacturing facility
- Willingness to perform industrial cleaning duties in and around machinery
Nice to Have Skills- Experience with pressure washing or industrial cleaning
- Comfort working around oil, coolant, and wastewater materials
Preferred Education and Experience- Industrial cleaning experience (preferred)
- Manufacturing environment experience (preferred)
