    Your Day, Your Impact

    From the first walk-through of the production floor to the final PM checklist, you are the guardian of uptime. You’ll keep complex industrial machinery running at peak performance by executing preventive maintenance, uncovering root causes behind unexpected breakdowns, and installing or relocating equipment with precision. With your millwright know-how, you’ll weld, fabricate, and machine parts as needed, all while partnering closely with production to keep operations safe, efficient, and reliable.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Carry out preventive maintenance on industrial equipment according to established schedules.
    • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems, identify root causes, and implement lasting fixes.
    • Rebuild and repair components such as bearings, gears, motors, and hydraulic systems.
    • Install, modify, and move machinery in accordance with blueprints and engineering specifications.
    • Apply welding, fabrication, and machining skills to repair or create parts.
    • Work cross-functionally with fellow maintenance technicians and production teams to optimize performance.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety regulations and procedures.
    • Support continuous improvement efforts to elevate maintenance processes and equipment reliability.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
    • Minimum of [number] years of experience as a millwright or industrial mechanic.
    • Solid understanding of industrial machinery, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
    • Proficiency with welding, fabrication, and machining techniques.
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
    • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
    • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
    • Comfort working independently and collaboratively.
    • Physically able to lift heavy items, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.

    Preferred

    • Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation is a plus.
    • Certified Millwright or related certifications.
