    What You'll Do

    • Assess and treat employees with physical, cognitive, and mental health concerns
    • Complete workplace assessments, ergonomic reviews, and job demands analyses
    • Develop accommodation and return-to-work plans
    • Perform Functional Abilities Evaluations (FAEs)
    • Support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness initiatives
    • Collaborate with healthcare providers, Health & Safety, and Human Resources

    What You Bring

    • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
    • Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
      • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and relationship-building skills
      • Experience in musculoskeletal, hand therapy, workplace rehabilitation, or industrial settings is an asset
