About the Opportunity

FocusPoint is a talent solutions firm partnering with a confidential industry leading energy company to fill this Industrial Operator position. Our client operates a large scale energy facility and is looking for someone with hands on onsite industrial experience for the opportunity to train as a certified drone pilot supporting site surveillance operations. No prior drone experience required, full certification training and exam fees are covered by the employer.

What You Will Do

• Support daily onsite industrial operations at a large scale energy facility
• Follow all safety protocols, permit requirements, and environmental compliance standards
• Learn and eventually operate drone equipment for site surveillance
• Work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 coverage team
• Collaborate with safety and operations teams to report observations

What You Bring

• Hands on experience working at a refinery, chemical plant, manufacturing facility, or other industrial site
• Familiarity with safety and permitting procedures in an industrial environment
• Willingness to obtain FAA Part 107 drone certification (training provided)
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
