Role overview
Join us as a Full-time Maintenance professional keeping high-speed packaging lines and facility systems running safely and reliably. This role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid at 30 days and overtime opportunities. You must bring hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong blend of electrical and mechanical aptitude.
A day in the life
You start your shift by reviewing daily job assignments, prints, schematics, wiring diagrams, facility check sheets, machine manuals, sketches, preventive maintenance sheets, and instructions. From there, you move between lines and utilities, diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You may tear down a gearbox, replace bearings, rebuild a clutch, or swap a motor—then reassemble, test, and fine-tune for optimal performance. Throughout the day you coordinate with line workers, assist your supervisor with line operations, and partner with leadership to prioritize the most critical work—all while modeling safety and PPE standards.
