The role offers flexible start times with primary work shifts starting at your convenience from 6-8 AM, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare large industrial components through expert-level sanding, masking, and cleaning techniques.
- Mix and apply industrial coatings and primers, ensuring precision in drying and resistance for high-performance machinery.
- Utilize and operate advanced spray tools to achieve professional finishes.
- Apply graphics and decals with precision as part of final detailing.
- Operate machinery like cranes and forklifts for safe handling of components.
- Ensure the painting area is efficient, well-maintained, and organized in alignment with 5S and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality output.
Qualifications:
- At least one year in Auto Body training or equivalent practical experience in industrial or automotive painting.
- Mastery in mixing paints and applying industrial-grade coatings.
- Dedication to delivering quality, precision work on large-scale projects.
- Able to wear respirators and operate within an active manufacturing setting.
- A history of stable employment, reflecting reliability and commitment.
- Eligibility to work in the US either as a citizen or with Green Card status.
