Industrial Painter - 3rd shift

Industrial Painter –1st or  3rd Shift
 $22–$28/hr (based on experience)
+ $2/hr shift differential on 3rd shift!
 Monday-Friday 6a-2:30p or Monday–Thursday, 8:00pm–6:00am (OT as needed) 

We’re looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join the 3rd shift team building high-quality boom trucks. If you take pride in your paint work and like seeing what you’ve built come to life, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prep, prime, and paint metal truck parts using spray guns and proper mixing techniques according to order specifications
• Do touch-ups and repairs to keep finishes smooth and consistent
• Run and maintain various paint equipment
• Keep your area clean and organized
• Work safely and help your team keep production running strong
• Operation of material handling equipment, forklifts, hoists, etc.
• Maintain paint supply inventory
• Use MAX system to maintain knowledge of policies and procedures, read shop orders including engineer drawings

• At least 1 year of experience in industrial or auto painting (preferred)
• Know your way around primers, topcoats, and spray finishes
• Good eye for detail and a steady hand
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand most of the shift
• Team player with a solid work ethic and reliability
• Ability to climb up and down trucks, steps, and ladders safely
