Aerospace Industrial Painter
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour (Based on Experience) Exceptional candidates with relevant experience may earn up to $22.00 per hour.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
Position Summary
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Industrial Painters to join our client's team. This position is responsible for applying coatings to aerospace components while maintaining the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety.
Responsibilities
Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings according to specifications.
Operate spray painting equipment and other related tools.
Perform quality inspections to ensure parts meet aerospace standards.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
Complete required documentation accurately.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
Industrial painting experience preferred.
Stable work history with demonstrated job longevity.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Must be able to pass a DOT-required urine drug screening (UA) prior to employment.
