Industrial Painter – 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week | OT Available
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Early starts, late stays & optional Friday hours

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prep surfaces like a pro (cleaning, sanding, masking)
- Spray primer & finish coats with precision
- Inspect finished parts to ensure top-quality results
- Maintain equipment and keep your workspace sharp
- Follow safety protocols and PPE at all times
- Complete inspections and basic documentation
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of industrial painting experience required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
- Comfortable standing for long periods & lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Safety-first mindset
Work Environment:
- Industrial setting – hot, dusty, and loud at times
