Industrial Painter Pay Rate and Hours:

• Pay: $17.00/hr.-$20.00/hr. depending on experience
• Hours: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:30pm

Industrial Painter Summary:

Candidate should be experienced with high pressure spray systems, know how to do general housekeeping in a paint booth, and have knowledge of paint equipment.

Industrial Painter Job Duties:

• Operate and maintain high-pressure spray painting systems to apply coatings on various surfaces.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials.
• Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform routine cleaning and housekeeping duties within the paint booth to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Inspect finished products to ensure proper coating thickness, coverage, and appearance.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and clean paint equipment, spray guns, hoses, and related tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling paints and chemicals.
• Monitor paint booth operations and ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations.

Industrial Painter Requirements:

• Previous Industrial Painter experience
• High Pressure Spray systems
