Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Requirements

• Previous experience operating an Airless Graco paint machine
• Ability to perform sandblasting operations
• Oil and gas industry painting experience preferred
• Experience applying industrial coatings, including 3M Green and Regular Black paint
• Ability to clean and maintain paint equipment and paint booth daily
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to manage paint and supply inventory and notify management when materials are running low
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness

Job Duties

• Operate an Airless Graco paint machine to apply industrial coatings
• Perform sandblasting to prepare surfaces for painting
• Apply paint according to quality and production specifications
• Clean and maintain paint equipment and spray booth daily
• Monitor paint supplies and notify management when inventory needs replenishing
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned
