Industrial Painter – Immediate Openings!

Acloché is hiringIndustrial Painters for a growing manufacturing facility in Delaware, Ohio. If you have experience with spray painting, coatings, and surface preparation in a manufacturing or industrial setting, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do
- Prepare metal and other surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers.
- Apply industrial paints and coatings using spray equipment and other painting techniques.
- Mix paints and coatings to meet production specifications and quality requirements.
- Inspect finished products to ensure a consistent, high-quality finish.
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all safety procedures and properly utilize PPE.
What We're Looking For
Previous industrial, automotive, or manufacturing painting experience
Experience with spray painting equipment and coating applications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing, lifting, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
