- Apply paint using various techniques, including spray, brush, and roller.
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Perform routine maintenance on painting equipment and tools.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, application methods, and safety standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
