We re looking for a dependable Industrial Paint Technician who takes quality seriously and enjoys hands-on work. What You ll Do
Prepare small and large assemblies for painting
Apply primers, paints, and industrial coatings to finished products
Operate and maintain paint booths, spray equipment and related tools
Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area while following PPE and safety requirements
Work with your team to meet production schedules and quality expectations
Perform material handling duties including lifting up to 80 pounds and operating industrial equipment as needed
What We re Looking For
Prior industrial painting experience is a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and changing priorities
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, safety-focused setting
Dependable, punctual and able to maintain regular attendance
