Pay: $25.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift, 5 8 s (Monday Friday schedule)
What You ll Be Doing
Mix paint, lacquer, solvents and thinners using standard formulas
Operate spray equipment, mixers, lift tables and hand tools
Prepare and clean surfaces prior to painting
Inspect painted parts for coverage, color, thickness and quality
Maintain paint booths, filters and equipment per safety standards
Track production data and maintain required records
Communicate issues and improvements with supervisors and teams
Support 5S, safety and quality initiatives
What We re Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic math and measurement skills
Ability to read instructions and follow procedures
Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Ability to work in a team environment
Physical Requirements
Standing for extended periods
Frequent reaching, bending and handling tools
Regular lifting of heavy materials
Exposure to fumes, noise and varying temperatures
