Industrial Painter / Powder Coater — Urgently hiring in Canton!

Job Title: Industrial Painter / Powder Coater


Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour


Hours: 7am - 3:30pm, Monday - Friday

As an Industrial Painter / Powder Coater, you'll bring surfaces to life by applying protective and decorative coatings on metal parts. You'll work closely with your team to ensure quality finishes that meet standards and delight customers.

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Painter / Powder Coater, you will be responsible for:
  • Painting or powder coating surfaces of manufactured metal products with wet paint or powder using spray guns.
  • Setting up industrial washers for cleaning parts.
  • Loading parts onto conveyors for processing.
  • Mixing coating liquids to the desired color or pouring powder into hoppers.
  • Adjusting oven temperatures to bake paint or powder properly.
  • Inspecting parts after baking to ensure correct paint thickness using a mil thickness gauge.
  • Removing parts from conveyors and de-masking as needed.
  • Lifting up to 50 pounds as required.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in industrial painting or powder coating.
  • Experience with wet paint and powder coating applications.
  • Ability to operate spray guns and mixing equipment.
  • Good attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend during the work shift.
