This role supports an electronics manufacturing operation that produces high‑reliability printed circuit board assemblies for demanding applications. Responsibilities:
* Apply conformal coating to printed circuit boards using spray-based methods to protect assemblies from moisture, dust, and environmental exposure.
* Accurately mix and prepare two-part coating materials according to work instructions and material specifications.
* Perform masking and taping of connectors, components, and keep-out areas prior to coating.
* Set up and operate spray equipment, adjusting air pressure, material flow, and spray patterns to ensure uniform coating.
* Inspect coated assemblies for defects such as bubbles, bridging, contamination, or incomplete coverage.
* Follow documented process controls, quality standards, and cleanliness requirements.
* Maintain a clean, organized work area and properly handle materials and equipment.
* Communicate with quality, engineering, and production teams regarding process issues or nonconformances.
* Complete required production and quality documentation.

* Availability to work first shift, Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
* Prior experience in spray painting or spray-based coating processes.
* Experience accurately measuring and mixing two-part liquid materials.
* Hands-on experience with masking, taping, and surface preparation. .
* Results-driven mindset with emphasis on consistency and precision.
* Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Preferences:
* Experience working in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly.
* Familiarity with conformal coating materials such as acrylics, urethanes, silicones, or parylenes.
* Experience reading basic assembly drawings or work instructions.
* Prior exposure to ESD-controlled manufacturing environments.
