Our commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction sets us apart and drives our success.Join our team and become part of a company that values your skills, knowledge, and contribution.Responsibilities:Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessaryMix paints and match colors to achieve desired finishesApply paint coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipmentEnsure even and smooth application of paint, taking into account specifications and project requirementsFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work areaInspect finished work for quality and make necessary touch-ups or correctionsCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and objectivesAdhere to company policies and procedures regarding paint materials, tools, and equipment Qualifications:Proven experience as an industrial painter, preferably in a similar industryProficient knowledge of paint mixing, matching, and application techniquesFamiliarity with various types of paint coatings and their applicationsAbility to interpret and follow technical drawings, specifications, and instructionsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workExcellent hand-eye coordination and physical dexterityKnowledge of safety practices and procedures related to painting and industrial environmentsAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with good communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in painting is a plusDriver's licenseWhat we offer:Competitive compensation100% company paid health insurance for employee and dependents100% company paid dental and vision for employee and dependents401k with 3% company matchOvertime after 8 hoursPTO And much more!
