Industrial Painter / Sandblaster
Location: Tulsa, OK | Type: Full-Time | Pay: $20.00–$24.00/hr
Immediate hiring opportunity: Seeking detail-orientated industrial painters/sandblasters! You'll handle everything from surface prep to final coat, working alongside fabrication and assembly crews to keep production moving.
Job Duties:

• Blast, grind, and sand steel and equipment to strip imperfections and ready surfaces for coating
• Mix and thin paints/coatings to the right consistency, including two-part epoxy systems
• Run spray guns, lifts, and other shop equipment to apply finish coats, brush, and roller work
• Tape and mask off areas, and pull or shield parts that shouldn't be coated
• Keep an eye on temp/humidity conditions that affect cure and finish quality
• Break down, clean, and rebuild spray equipment; keep tools in working order
• Check finished pieces for full coverage and a quality finish before sign-off
• Wipe down and de-dust parts ahead of coating
• Keep your station tidy, wear required PPE, and follow shop safety rules

• 5-8 years experience painting industrial parts, piping, skids and steel components
• Minimum of 5 years of blasting/abrasive prep experience
• Must be knowledgeable of two-part epoxy systems
• 3-5 years working in a fab shop or manufacturing floor
• Proficient with spray foam insulation
• Must be attentive to detail
• Must be able to consistently lift 50+ pounds
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
