Industrial Painter – Aerospace (Small Parts)

Pay: $18.00+ per hour DOE
Schedule:

  • Day Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
  • Night Shift: Monday-Friday | 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
    Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
    Location: Tulsa, OK
    DOT Safety Sensitive Position

Industrial Painter – Must-Have Requirements

  • Previous industrial, manufacturing, or spray painting experience required
  • Ability to pass a respiratory fit test
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic

Industrial Painter – Position Summary

We are seeking an Industrial Painter to apply protective coatings and finishes to small aerospace components in a manufacturing environment. This position requires experience with industrial spray painting techniques, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality and safety. The ideal candidate will take pride in producing high-quality finished parts while working efficiently in a fast-paced production setting.

Industrial Painter – Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Painting & Surface Preparation

  • Apply paint and protective coatings to small aerospace components
  • Prepare parts by masking, sanding, cleaning, and inspecting surfaces prior to painting
  • Ensure proper paint coverage, finish quality, and coating thickness
  • Follow established painting procedures and production schedules

Quality & Safety

  • Inspect finished parts for quality and compliance with specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized paint area
  • Properly use personal protective equipment and follow all DOT and workplace safety requirements
  • Safely handle paints, coatings, and related materials

Production Support

  • Work with production teams to meet daily output goals
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of painting equipment
  • Follow work instructions and complete required production documentation
  • Report equipment or quality concerns to supervisors

Industrial Painter – Additional Qualifications

  • Aerospace or manufacturing painting experience preferred
  • Experience with HVLP spray guns or industrial paint systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of surface preparation and finishing techniques
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on quality, safety, and productivity
  • Willingness to work either day or night shift as assigned
