We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Painter to join a growing team in Ogden, UT. This role is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing industrial equipment and components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and strict safety standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming materials
- Apply industrial coatings, paints, and finishes using spray equipment and other painting tools
- Read and follow work orders, specifications, and production requirements
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Maintain and clean painting equipment properly
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial painting experience preferred
- Experience with spray equipment, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
