We are seeking a skilled and dependable Industrial Painter to join a growing team in Ogden, UT. This role is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing industrial equipment and components while maintaining high-quality workmanship and strict safety standards. This is a great opportunity for an experienced painter looking to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, grinding, masking, and priming materials
• Apply industrial coatings, paints, and finishes using spray equipment and other painting tools
• Read and follow work orders, specifications, and production requirements
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
• Maintain and clean painting equipment properly
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready

Qualifications:

• Previous industrial painting experience preferred
• Experience with spray equipment, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
