Job Description

·                     Drive the optimization of plant operations by analyzing production processes, workflows, and labor utilization

·                     Evaluate and enhance equipment utilization, material flow, and operating systems to improve overall productivity

·                     Champion improvements in safety, quality, reliability, and cost performance across plant operations

·                     Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to support strategic initiatives

·                     Lead capital improvement projects and oversee equipment installation efforts from planning through execution

Key Requirements

·                     Engineering Degree required

·                     Demonstrated experience in process improvements and CAPEX project management

·                     Background in metals manufacturin7g, including aluminum, zinc, steel, or iron ore operations
