SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Industrial Printer Operators for a client in Plano TX. The Industrial Printer Operators is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $20 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include 1st Shift 7am-4:30pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Industrial Printer Operators :
Load previously formed welded materials onto a paint track system for water-based primer application
Preparing surfaces for painting, mixing
Using specialized spray equipment in a controlled booth environment
Apply industrial coatings using spray equipment
Mix paints and coatings to proper specifications
Measure and verify coating thickness
Perform touch-ups and quality inspections
Maintain paint booth equipment and work areas
Maintain equipment with daily/ weekly maintenance schedule.
Position will entail standing for long periods of the day and lifting up to 70 pounds during shift.
Qualifications of the Industrial Printer Operators:
Previous experience preferred
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Flexibility to take on additional tasks as needed
Must be computer savvy
