From staging materials to final pack-out, you’ll keep our manufacturing line running smoothly. You’ll balance speed with precision: making sure the right materials are at the line, monitoring equipment performance, and checking quality at every turn. Alongside a collaborative team, you’ll apply lean practices to improve flow and solve problems as they arise.
What you’ll do
- Stage, move, and deliver materials to the production line so work never waits
- Oversee the production process for consistent throughput and top-quality results
- Perform routine in-process inspections to catch and address deviations quickly
- Troubleshoot issues with teammates and escalate when needed to keep operations on track
- Apply lean manufacturing methods to reduce waste and drive continuous improvement
- Assist with packing and general material handling as production requires
- Champion a safety-first, quality-focused mindset every day
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the operation
What you bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a manufacturing setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following documented procedures
- Familiarity with process controls, quality checks, and inspection practices
- Comfort reading a ruler/tape measure, working with fractions, and using basic math
- Collaborative approach and effectiveness in a diverse team environment
