Your impact
Stabilize production: Diagnose and resolve equipment and process issues, including process control systems.
Elevate quality: Use SPC to reduce variability and improve batch performance.
Cut waste: Contribute to cost reduction and process reliability/quality initiatives.
Deliver improvements: Coordinate efficiency initiatives through to measurable, sustained benefits.
Build capital capability: Participate in and develop skills via small-scale capital projects.
Source smartly: Partner with vendors on specifications, product evaluations, and procurement.
Mobilize resources: Align in-house maintenance and outside contractors for timely repairs and upgrades.
Design flow: Analyze space, workflow, and equipment layout to maximize throughput and safety.

Qualifications
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology (ABET accredited).
Demonstrated project management success and cross-department process improvement experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; results-driven and team-oriented.
Strong technical, written, and verbal communication; solid problem-solving; emerging leadership.
Communication capabilities
Clear, concise communicator across written and verbal channels.
Effective presenter; comfortable addressing inquiries and complaints.
