Step into a fast-moving manufacturing floor where safety, quality, and rhythm guide the day. As an Industrial Production Equipment Operator, you’ll arrive ready to run, complete safety checks, load materials, and keep our machines humming to hit production targets with precision.

A Day in the Life

• Start your shift by confirming machine readiness and safety controls.
• Load raw materials, initiate runs, and watch performance indicators as products move through the line.
• Make minor adjustments to optimize throughput and reduce defects.
• Pull and inspect samples regularly, catching and correcting quality issues early.
• Keep your station neat, organized, and compliant with 5S and company housekeeping standards.
• Flag equipment concerns and production variances to your supervisor immediately.
• Wrap up by documenting output and preparing the machine for the next rotation.

Core Responsibilities

• Operate and continuously monitor production machinery and related equipment.
• Load inputs and remove finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Inspect output for quality; identify and remove defective product.
• Perform basic machine adjustments as needed to maintain standards.
• Meet established production goals while following documented procedures.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area at all times.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures without exception.
• Report equipment issues or production concerns to the supervisor.
• Carry out other production duties as assigned.

Schedule

• Rotating schedule
• Flexibility to work assigned rotation days
• May include weekdays and weekends
• Consistent, dependable attendance for all scheduled shifts

What You Bring

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Willingness and ability to perform physical work, including lifting as required.
• Strong reliability and attendance record.
• Readiness to work a rotating schedule.
